Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Mariya Bhavanam Charitable Trust, we value every contribution made by our donors and are truly grateful for your support toward our cause.

As a charitable organization, all donations made to Mariya Bhavanam Charitable Trust are final and non-refundable. We do not provide goods or services in return for donations, and once a donation is processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

However, we understand that errors can occur. If you believe that:

• A donation was made by mistake,

• The amount entered was incorrect,

• An unauthorized transaction occurred,

please contact us within 7 days of the donation. We will carefully review your request and, at our sole discretion, take appropriate action, including providing a refund if justified.

All refund requests must be sent in writing to:

• Date of Transaction

• Donation Amount

• Reason for Refund Request

Please note:

• Refunds, if approved, will be made using the original payment method and may take up to 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.

• Any processing fees charged by the payment gateway may be deducted from the refunded amount.
